After you receive a shipping confirmation you can go to the Track My Package link and enter your e-mail and order number to track your package.

Contact USPS with your tracking information in hand to find out the most updated status of your package.

If your package hasn't shipped, you can email here and let us know your order number and correct shipping address so we can update it in our system.

If your package has shipped, we cannot change it enroute. Please e-mail our support team. You'll have to wait for it to be routed back to us, but we'll get it to the correct address as quick as we can!

Reel Legends Never Die & MDU-ZB LLC are not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. 

Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from ReelLegendsNeverDie.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
 


Our return and exchange policy is valid for 45 days from date of purchase.

After 45 days from purchase date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn (free of any stains), unwashed and in the same condition received. Order date can be found on your email or Facebook receipt that was received upon initial purchase.  

Domestic customers: Please visit returns.reellegendsneverdie.com and enter the email used to place the order to initiate a return or exchange. An email will be sent to the address provided with a link to begin the process.

International customers: Please email support@reellegendsneverdie.com from the address used to place the order.

Damaged items: 
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt with photos attached. If not reported, we will not issue replacements. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact support@reellegendsneverdie.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Non-exchangeable items:

Clearance items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned past 45 days from purchase date

Refunds: 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds: 
Please note, refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on how your bank or financial institution processes them. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@reellegendsneverdie.com.
